3 Top-notch tips to create a Magical Experience: lessons from Walt Disney

The Walt Disney Company, founded in 1923 is, without an ounce of a doubt, one of the pioneers of animation entertainment in the world. Iconic characters like the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck were all created by Disney. While children love the Disney movies, none can deny that adults too are enraptured by the magical experience that Disney provides.

Disney is also known to be the quintessential example of extraordinary customer service. It is obvious that most of its principles and culture came from its leader – Walt Disney. Not only was he one of the most successful and inspirational business leaders of his times, but he was also an innovator and a visionary.

Here are some inspirational quotes from Walt Disney that all of us must look up to and implement.

“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.”

This tenet has been followed by thousands of business leaders all over. Build a product/service so impeccably, that your clients bring in more clients. Word of mouth is very very powerful, and your  existing clients are your best source of new customers.

“You don’t build it for yourself. You know what the people want and you build it for them.”

Customer is the king. Understand their pulse and create something that will WOW them!

“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.”

While this is not related to Customer Experience as such, it is an amazing piece of advice that is applicable to all of us, irrespective of age and experience.
